About Us

Koselig is an independent Artisan Bakery owned by a small friends and family team. All of our products are baked fresh with care every morning to ensure we provide the most delicious pastries and bakes. Our bakes are created using traditional baking methods using top quality ingredients to create unique and delicious Scandinavian inspired bakes. Our minimal scandi interior provides a cozy space to enjoy delicious coffee and bakes with your loved ones.

When people ask us, “what does Koselig mean?”, we often say cozy! However, Koselig carries a much deeper meaning in Norwegian culture. When we created our bakery, our main inspiration was how we want to make people feel.

From our time travelling over the years, we fell in love with Scandinavian bakes - Warm cinnamon buns, flaky buttery pastry and delicious coffee. We knew that we wanted our bakery to emulate the feeling of Koselig we had when visiting Scandinavian bakeries together. That is, the feeling of comfort, warmth and togetherness, often associated with a cozy atmosphere. We imagined our customers splitting a pastry with a loved one, cuddling up with a hot chocolate and a favourite book, catching up with friends over a coffee and cinnamon bun, indulging in a filled cruffin after a cold forest walk.
